The Phantom of the Opera Postcard Art Print By Marcia Dye

Marcia Dye (www.facebook.com/mdyeart) has just released an art postcard print inspired by Gaston Leroux's The Phantom of the Opera, featuring Christine and Erik. Christine has been lured to the graveyard by a mysterious invitation and, as she wanders, an angel statue watches as a shadow creeps closer to her . . .

The front features Marcia's beautiful artwork, while the reverse side has a short scene written by myself. I have also written the intro story on the etsy listing:

'Christine Daae has just returned from dinner and kisses with childhood sweetheart Raoul de Chagny. Today is Valentine's Day, a time for lovers, and so she does not expect a visit from her music teacher, the Angel of Music, tonight.

As she sits at her dressing table, unclasping her seashell earrings, brushing out the snow in her pale hair, she notices something is different. Someone has been in her room . . .'
